The Precipitation Processing System (PPS) is currently experiencing a hardware problem which is impacting PPS data production, ftp archive access (arthurhou, trmmopen, etc.), and PPS web sites (STORM, THOR, etc.) today - Tuesday May 10,2016.
Our system programmers are currently working on this problem and hope to restore services as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as the situation changes.
